Job summary

Giving Home Health Care in Albuquerque seeks a CoE Coordinator to manage medical records, impairment rating preparation, and stakeholder coordination. You will ensure timely records processing, scheduling, and clear communication with ARs, IR Physicians, and care teams to support patient benefits.

You’ll review records with clinical insight, organize documentation packets, and maintain accurate IR progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Public Health; 1–3 years healthcare experience.
• Proficiency in EMRs and medical content interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Initiate Medical Record requests and review records with clinical analysis.
• Initiate requests for medical records from relevant sources and ensure timely receipt.
• Review, process, and organize medical records with accuracy; collaborate with internal staff and external hospital/records departments.
• Coordinate testing orders from IR or PCPs and schedule processing.
• Submit packets to Authorized Representatives and IR Physicians promptly.
• Inform patients of scheduled Impairment Ratings and provide reminders.
• Educate patients on impairment rating content and assist attendance with liaisons when needed.
• Maintain professional communication and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and services.
• Generate documentation to track IR progress and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure up-to-date records of all IRs and provide regular updates.
