The ideal candidate will have a healthcare background, EMR proficiency, and familiarity with DEEOIC/RECA programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of healthcare experience and EMR proficiency.
• Familiarity with DEEOIC/RECA programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical records intake and review with clinical insight.
• Coordinate impairment ratings and timing with intervening teams.
• Facilitate communication with Authorized Representatives and IR Physicians.
• Prepare documentation packets for impairment rating appointments.
• Remind patients of ratings and educate them during interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, services, and outcomes.
• Generate reports tracking IR progress and program effectiveness.
