Job summary

BestLife – Emotional Health & Wellness Center is seeking a Massachusetts-based Case Manager to coordinate and support participants through their program journey. You will ensure documentation is accurate and timely while serving as the main contact for participants and collaborating with leadership, staff, and the Billing department.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare, substance use treatment, case management, or healthcare administration preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for participants from intake through program completion.
• Guide participants through enrollment requirements, program expectations, and administrative processes.
• Monitor participant progress and ensure completion of all required program documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with participants regarding outstanding forms, requirements, and deadlines.
• Identify missing or incomplete documentation and follow up to obtain information.
• Assist participants in resolving administrative barriers delaying enrollment or completion.
• Maintain accurate participant records and tracking systems.
• Utilize Excel tracking to monitor participant status and milestones.
• Assist with creating and accessing patient portal accounts and electronic forms.
