The United Planning Organization (UPO) is the designated Community Action Agency for Washington, District of Columbia, providing services to residents since 1962. The Deputy Director will oversee the P.O.W.E.R.

Qualifications

• Experience managing out-of-school time programs with youth
• Strong administrative and data management skills
• Ability to develop and implement program procedures and workflows

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and management of the P.O.W.E.R. program.
• Collaborate with team to develop and implement activities for youth and families.
• Develop operating procedures for fluid service delivery, including strategy and action plans.
• Ensure program goals are achieved and contribute to monthly/quarterly reports.
• Coordinate day-to-day site operations with external partners and families.
