KVC Missouri – Children’s Emergency Shelter/Ozark Family Resource Center in Springfield, MO seeks a Case Manager to advocate for youth and coordinate essential services per treatment plans. You will document availability, ensure team communication, and support families throughout care transitions.

The role emphasizes crisis response, transportation coordination, and thorough record-keeping, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a $42,000 annual salary. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or a related field.
• Able to obtain a class E driver's license and meet KVC Missouri’s driver’s insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage in crisis intervention with youth.
• Arrange transportation to community appointments.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and their families.
• Conduct weekly meetings with youth and document interactions with agencies and parents.
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment and staffing reviews.
• Prepare information for psychiatric medication evaluations.
• Manage school enrollment and transitions.
• Meet with parents, caseworkers, and guardians for new admissions to complete paperwork and assessments.
• Ensure smooth transitions to the cottage for new clients.
• Organize and deliver all required documentation, medications, and personal belongings upon discharge.
• Contribute to the overall well-being of clients and support the mission of KVC Missouri.
