Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Case Management / Student Services Administrative Assistant at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN. The role focuses on supporting intake and admissions for new students within a residential program for youth with neurodevelopmental needs.

Responsibilities include compiling student files, maintaining rosters, tracking incident reports, and supporting treatment meetings. Candidates should have a HS diploma and substantial behavioral health experience, with flexibility

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
• At least 2 years of experience working with youth with autism.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the intake and admissions process for new students.
• Maintain and organize student files and the master roster.
• Track incident reports and movement logs; coordinate audits.
• Prepare meeting agendas/minutes and support Treatment Committee and C&P meetings.
• Participate in trainings and maintain safety and professionalism at all times.
• Be flexible with schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
