Job summary

Join the Rite of Passage Team as a Therapist at Norris Academy in Andersonville, TN, a residential treatment facility for youth with neurodevelopmental needs. This full-time, on-site role offers a stable salary, a defined caseload, and supervision for licensure.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or related field, TN licensure eligibility, and at least 1 year of experience with children in residential settings. Monday–Friday schedule; comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling Psychology or related field.
• Licensed eligible in Tennessee.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a residential setting.
• Ability to pass background screening, drug test, and physical.
• Passion to work with and help children.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and implementation of each client's individual treatment plan.
• Run individual and group therapy sessions.
• Participate in child/family and treatment team meetings.
• Complete assessments and reports as required by county and state.
• Onsite position, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts with a set caseload and salary.
