Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice – to be maintained throughout employment.
• BSN preferred to enhance patient care and care coordination.
• Wound care experience or certification preferred; teaching and leadership skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge processes.
• Assist in vein clinic after specialized training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients; conduct initial nursing assessments and care plans.
• Perform HBO-related duties after hyperbaric training; may assume safety director duties if trained.
• Collaborate with Wound Care Center providers, Program Director, and Medical Director on patient needs.
• May function as a scribe and support documentation.
• Perform additional duties as required.
