Job summary

Apple is seeking a Product RF Design Engineer to advance wireless performance for state-of-the-art products in a hands-on development team. You will work on RF architecture, design, integration, and manufacturing, applying EM theory and system simulation to optimize mass-produced devices.

The role involves collaborating with wireless and software architects, industrial designers, and other design teams, with travel up to 15% to support overseas manufacturing from prototype to mass production.

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent; antenna/RF design experience.
• Knowledge of EM or RF or antenna design.
• Knowledge of integrating wireless technologies (cellular, GPS, Wifi, BT, NFC).
• RF system integration and PCB layout practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply RF/Wireless design expertise from concept to mass production.
• Use EM and system simulation, prototyping, and testing to optimize designs.
• Collaborate with wireless/software architects and product design teams.
• Travel up to 15% for overseas manufacturing visits.
