You will educate households on energy efficiency, maintain a variety of tools, and comply with safety standards. A high school diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn field standards and energy methods.
• Willing to take tests for training and certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform weatherization procedures including weather-stripping, glazing, and caulking.
• Install vapor barriers and energy conservation measures in crawl spaces.
• Seal rim joists, top plates, roof leaks, and minor plumbing leaks.
• Wrap duct pipes and water lines; install insulation per specs.
• Operate blower door equipment and insulating machinery.
• Conduct client education on energy-related matters.
