Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Knowledge in basic carpentry and residential construction is preferred.
Must be willing to work outdoors and in attics under extreme temperatures.
Responsibilities
Supervise assigned WAP projects and perform final inspections.
Repair/remove/replace floors, windows, and exterior doors as necessary.
Install insulation in attics, walls, and floors.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Data entry and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to organize, plan and schedule multiple jobs
Capable of working with diverse populations
Experienced driver with valid GA driver's license
