Qualifications

• MSN required with nurse practitioner credential
• One year of clinical experience in primary/ambulatory care (three years preferred)
• DEA registration and VA credentialing requirements must be met

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat veterans under physician supervision
• Develop and implement patient management plans and ensure continuity of care
• Order and interpret diagnostics and provide follow-up care
• Counsel patients on medications and monitor mental health
• Ensure timely documentation and VA guideline compliance
