Responsibilities

• Conduct intake on clients and update information as needed.
• Present housing needs to staff and partners to find housing.
• Assist clients through each step of the housing process, including applications and subsidy coordination.
• Collaborate with interagency partners to move veterans through housing processes.

Baccalaureate degree

High school diploma + 6 years experience
