Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago seeks a Title IX Specialist to support compliance with Title IX, the Clery Act, VAWA and related state laws. You will manage investigations, intake reports, and annual training, reporting to the Title IX Coordinator and coordinating with campus partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Some experience working in higher education or a related field.
• Familiarity with Title IX law and related acts.
• Ability to leverage technical resources in the execution of work.

Responsabilités

• Develop, coordinate, deliver, document, and manage annual Title IX training for students and employees.
• Lead Title IX events, campaigns, and presentations throughout the year.
• Conduct and manage informal resolutions for eligible Title IX reports.
• Conduct and manage Title IX investigations and maintain case records.
• Receive and process reports and provide supportive measures.
• Assist with updates to handbooks and marketing materials; support reporting requirements.
