Job summary

Intercept Health is seeking a Therapeutic Aide & Transportation Floater to support youth in school, daycare, or private placements. You will conduct behavior management interventions, assist with transitions and academics, and help implement individualized plans while also transporting children to school and appointments.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a human service field, and QMHP eligibility is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth in school/educational settings is a plus.
• QMHP eligibility is preferred for qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavior management/modification interventions and support transitions and academic activities.
• Contribute to development and implementation of the Individualized Action Plan (IAP).
• Provide transportation for youth to school, appointments, visitations, and related events as needed for coverage.
