Intercept Health is seeking a Therapeutic Aide & Transportation Floater to support youth in school, daycare, or private placements. You will conduct behavior management interventions, assist with transitions and academics, and help implement individualized plans while also transporting children to school and appointments.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in a human service field, and QMHP eligibility is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth in school/educational settings is a plus.
• QMHP eligibility is preferred for qualification.

Compensation up to $20 based on education and experience.

We are currently seeking a Therapeutic Aide & Transportation Floater to work one on one with youth within the school, daycare, or private placement as needed for coverage. The Therapeutic Aide will be responsible for conducting behavior management/modification interventions, transitions and academic support. They will contribute to the formulation and implementation of the Individualized Action Plan (IAP) and individualized point sheet. Additionally, they will provide transportation for kids to and from school, appointments, visitations, and any other relevant events as needed for coverage.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in human service field preferred. QMHP eligible individuals are highly sought. Related experience working with youth in a school setting is a plus.
