Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Floater Behavioral Aide for Fair Oaks, CA. You will travel to multiple school sites to support students aged 5-22, reinforcing positive behaviors and aiding individualized learning plans.

The role involves assisting with IEPs/BIPs, data recording, and responding to crises using ABA-related techniques. A valid driver’s license and DOJ/FBI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and reliability.
• Driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background and TB clearance required.
• 1–3 years of experience with students with behavioral or special needs.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of IEPs and BIPs.
• Provide individualized instructional assistance.
• Travel to multiple school sites (30+ miles one-way).
• Respond to crisis situations using Pro-ACT/CPI methods.
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, and breaks.
• Document daily data on behavior and progress.
• Communicate with supervisors and teachers regarding student needs.
