New Beginning HCSP, LLC is seeking a dependable, compassionate Floater to support transportation, Day Habilitation activities, and meal service. The role requires reliability, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and quality of care for the individuals served.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, valid Texas driver’s license, and the ability to operate agency vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate agency vehicles and transport individuals.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Background screenings and agency training required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport individuals to medical appointments and other destinations.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility at Day Habilitation Program.
• Prepare and provide meal support and kitchen assistance.
• Fill in during staffing shortages or busy periods.
• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming environment.
