Job summary

Gesa Credit Union is seeking a Product Owner II to drive the Technical life cycle of multiple products within an Agile framework. You will gather business needs, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to deliver valuable features.

You will create rolling roadmaps, prioritize work, and measure success with defined KPIs, ensuring alignment with regulatory and security requirements. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of product ownership experience in Agile environments.
• Experience in financial services or credit unions preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize features to meet user needs and business goals.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to align development with product vision.
• Lead planning sessions, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress.
• Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps with business owners.
• Define and track product success metrics and validate outcomes with data.
• Manage two or more product backlogs with input from stakeholders.
