Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union in Biloxi, MS, is seeking a Technical Product Manager II to own product health, strategy, and continuous improvement of assigned products. You will lead stakeholder engagement, releases, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver solutions that enhance member experience and align with business objectives.

The role requires 1–3 years in product management with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and domain knowledge in financial services.

Qualifications

1–3 years of similar or related experience in a product manager or technical product owner role.
Proficient with core and digital product lines utilized within a credit union or another financial institution (e.g., Symitar, Synergy, online banking).
Proficient domain knowledge and subject matter expertise in a credit union or another financial institution, and related products.
Proficient knowledge of agile development and the Scrum framework.
Proficient/Advanced in business analysis and translating business requirements to technical specifications.
General knowledge of the software development and product release cycle.
Experience in Jira or similar project management tools required.

Responsibilities

Measure Product Health by establishing metrics and reporting on operational performance, profitability, and member satisfaction.
Analyze competitive data and market gaps to maintain a competitive position for Keesler Federal.
Own release management and coordinate user acceptance testing for deployments.
Gathers feedback from internal units for continuous improvement and efficiency.
Prepare executive updates and budget projections as needed.
Serve as subject matter expert ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.
