Job summary

Familylinks is seeking Supports Coordinators to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities and support their families in Washington County, PA. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree supplemented by coursework in social science and demonstrate experience in case management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sociology, social welfare, psychology, or related field.
• 2 years' experience in social services or equivalent education and training.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support services for individuals with disabilities.
• Document all services provided in a timely manner.
• Assist in emergency situations as required.
