Job summary

Familylinks is seeking four Supports Coordinators to cover Clairton, North Hills, South Hills, and Washington County. The role involves locating, coordinating, and monitoring support services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, working closely with families to ensure access to resources.

Opportunities exist to advance to SC1, SC2, or Lead SC based on education and experience. Supports Coordinators earn a monthly bonus up to $1,000, with 60% field work and 40%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social science.
• 2+ years' experience as County Social Service Aide 3 and two years of college coursework in related fields.
• Equivalent mix of college credits and paraprofessional case management experience.
• Combination of credits in social sciences and two years' professional experience in related services.

Responsibilities

• Complete all duties within regulatory timeframes.
• Document thoroughly after each contact/service.
• Meet departmental goals and report per policy.
• Assist in emergency situations as requested.
• Attend supervision, meetings, and training as requested.
• Record time and attendance in HRIS/timekeeping system.
• Document and report monthly expenses per policy.
• Model the organization's mission and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
