Familylinks is seeking a Supports Coordinator in Allegheny County to coordinate support services for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism. This role involves working closely with families to provide necessary resources and support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Proficiency with MS Office and technology devices is required.
• Experience in social services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor support services for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Complete accurate documentation after each service provided.
• Attend supervisory meetings and training as required.
