Job summary

Pioneer Human Services in Spokane, WA is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT) or Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to support rehabilitation, reintegration, and recovery for clients in the community.

You will deliver evidence-based SUD services, counseling, and psycho-educational groups under supervision, document daily activities, and collaborate with clinical staff to promote client progress.

Qualifications

• Credentialed with WA DoH as SUDPT or SUDP in WA.
• Working toward or holding required degree in mental health.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based SUD services, counseling, and psycho-educational classes.
• Diagnose SUD per DSM-5 and ASAM guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinicians and community partners to support clients.
• Maintain complete documentation per WAC, RCW, and funder policies.
• Participate in supervision toward licensure and ongoing training.
