Qualifications

• SUDP or SUDPT certification with WA Dept. of Health, or ability to obtain within first week of hire.
• One-year direct service experience with vulnerable populations, including mental health or homelessness.
• Criminal background checks are required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and facilitate a range of counseling services including assessment, diagnosis, case management and skills training.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to plan interventions with a strengths-based approach.
• Participate in psychiatry consultation, staffing and supervision; assist with medication monitoring when needed.
• Maintain complete clinical records in electronic health systems and ensure HIPAA privacy compliance.
