Job summary

Northern Tier Counseling, Inc. seeks a compassionate Drug & Alcohol Counselor/Case Manager to support individuals with substance use disorders through assessment, treatment planning, counseling, care coordination, and advocacy.

You will collaborate with healthcare providers, SCA, and community partners, maintain clinical documentation, coordinate referrals, and assist clients with housing, employment, and transportation as part of recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field with practicum preferred.
• Alternate pathway: Bachelor's with 1 year clinical experience.
• Alternate pathway: Associate with 2 years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and determine levels of care.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling as appropriate.
• Coordinate referrals to detox, residential, outpatient and supports.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes.
