Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field with relevant experience as required by Virginia code.
• Possession of a BSW/MSW is desirable and licensure is preferred.
• Good communication, interviewing and service-planning abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Interprets laws, policies and regulations for assigned areas.
• Monitors and administers specific programs as assigned.
• Coordinates services within the area of responsibility.
• Interviews and assesses customer needs, education, skills and supports.
• Prepares service plans and delivers case management to ensure service delivery.
• Maintains records, budgets and collaboration with other agencies.
