Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Oversee vendor management, maintain accurate vendor records and compliance documentation.
• Administer the fleet fuel program and credit card system, including reporting and refunds.
• Oversee accounts payable processing and timely payments; implement AP improvements.
• Reconcile month-end accruals and vendor-related entries; support month-end close.
• Maintain fixed asset and capital project records, depreciation entries, and reconciliations.
• Support other duties as assigned to assist department and organization.
