Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support monthly financial statements with detailed schedules.
• Record and post journal entries to the general ledger.
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis on income statements.
• Support AP and AR processes as needed.
• Process weekly agent payroll and address discrepancies.
• Assist with external audits and provide required documentation.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closes.
• Maintain organized accounting records and docs.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for management.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements.
