Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team near Cleveland, TN. You will assess and treat patients with speech and language needs, develop personalized plans, and track progress with a focus on compassionate care within a nationwide rehabilitation leader.

Qualified candidates hold state licensure, CCC, CPR/CPR-valid, and a Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s with field experience also considered).

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Speech Therapy is required.
• CCC certification is required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred; bachelor’s degree with field experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
