Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, design, and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with speech and language needs. You will contribute to a patient-centered rehabilitation program and track progress to adjust treatments as needed.

Ideal candidates hold state licensure, CCC, and CPR certs or can obtain CPR within 30 days. A Master’s degree is preferred, though a Bachelor’s with field experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (ASHA).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
