Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, design, and implement personalized speech and language therapy plans to help patients regain communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (state regulations).
• ASHA CCC Certification required or must be in process for eligibility.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine speech and language needs.
• Develop and administer personalized therapy plans.
• Track progress and document patient outcomes and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient communication goals.
