Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy to patients requiring speech and language rehabilitation. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and track patient progress throughout the recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehab needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
