Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support patients in overcoming speech and communication challenges within a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation network. You’ll join a collaborative team and utilize state-of-the-art technology to drive meaningful outcomes.

You’ll evaluate, design individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and celebrate milestones while contributing to growth opportunities in a culture that values empathy and teamwork across 150 locations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatments as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
