Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop and administer individualized treatment plans and monitor progress in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
