Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist committed to empowering students within Texas schools. You will evaluate needs, share findings with families and district staff, and collaborate on evidence-based IEP interventions to improve communication and access to education.

Delivery of therapy or supervision of assistants will support students’ goals, with progress tracked and adjusted as needed. Join a mission-driven team focused on student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech-language needs with comprehensive evaluations.
• Communicate findings with parents and district personnel.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee.
• Provide therapy or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor progress with detailed records and data-driven adjustments.
• Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and related discussions to support students’ programs.
