Qualifications

• MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• ASHA CCCs or eligible for CFY to earn certification.
• Active state licensure in good standing.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate.
• Liaises with patients and families to plan for needs.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and independent decision making.
• Knowledge of post-acute care regulations and Life Care policies.
• Chart appropriately and use therapy software correctly.
