Qualifications

• Must have a graduate degree from an accredited speech-language pathology program.
• Hold current licensure and certifications (Speech-Language Pathologist, BLS).
• Possess effective communication, customer service, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to safety and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments in collaboration with physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental protocols.
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding rehabilitation services.
