Qualifications

• Must have graduate degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and BLS certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and establish ongoing evaluation of treatment programs.
• Implement and revise therapy plans to meet patient goals.
• Provide education, discharge instructions, follow-up, and referrals to community resources.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans per departmental protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, and confidentiality.
• Maintain effective communication and participate in meetings to support team collaboration.
• Engage in professional development and stay current with licensure.
