Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital Chandler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, supporting patient recovery and communication improvement.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, contribute to discharge planning, and participate in program development and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive patient assessments and treatment planning conducted per physician orders and plan of care.
• Effective communication with patients, families, caregivers, and the healthcare team.
• Participation in performance improvement initiatives and budget planning when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop plans of care.
• Modify interventions to achieve goals and support discharge planning.
