Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital - Chandler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess and treat speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders, supporting patient recovery and communication. Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice (ASHA-acceptable).
• Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CC C certificate (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility; BLS certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Modify treatment plans and interventions to achieve goals; assist in patient discharge planning.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers and interdisciplinary team; participate in performance improvement.
