Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible as an SLP in the practicing state.
• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) eligibility or CFY eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and provides care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Evaluates effectiveness of interventions, modifies treatment to achieve goals, and plans for patient discharge.
• Maintains clear communication with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives, program development, and budgeting input.
