Qualifikationen

• Arizona State Certification in Special Education.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field with at least two years of K–8 teaching experience.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and provide individualized support based on student needs.
• Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to supporting Title I, multilingual, and diverse student populations.

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with IEPs based on individual needs.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and update IEP goals according to requirements.
• Differentiate instruction to support varying academic and developmental levels.
• Use performance data to evaluate growth and adjust instruction and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, services, accommodations, and IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and services.
