Job summary

Region Ten CSB in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Specialty Docket Program Coordinator to coordinate services for Therapeutic Docket and Recovery Court, manage referrals, assessments, and transitions between jail, hospitals, residential treatment, and outpatient services.

Master’s degree in a human services field is required; experience in care coordination is preferred. A VA license as a Resident or Supervisee within 6 months and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services, behavioral health, social work, psychology, criminal justice, or related field required.
• Experience in care coordination, case management, or program coordination in behavioral health or criminal justice settings preferred.
• Licensure: professional license preferred; must register with VA Dept of Health as Resident or Supervisee within 6 months if not licensed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency transportation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, assessments, and transitions across treatment and court programs.
• Track participant engagement and treatment needs; support information sharing among providers and the court.
• Collaborate with RC and TD teams and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
