Job summary

Chestnut Health Systems Inc. is seeking a Specialty Courts Treatment Coordinator to oversee and coordinate integrated outpatient treatment services for clients in specialty court programs.

This lead-level role provides supervision to clinicians, recovery and employment specialists, case managers, and interns while ensuring accessible, trauma-informed, person-centered care. The role involves clinical service delivery, staff development, quality improvement, and coordination of specialty court

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field or bachelor’s with 5+ years of human services experience.
• Active CADC/CRADC certification in good standing with the State of Illinois is required.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty court treatment programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based, trauma-informed, person-centered practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and coordination of specialty court treatment services.
• Supervise clinicians, recovery/employment specialists, case managers, and interns with feedback and evaluations.
• Provide clinical supervision for staff seeking substance use counseling certification.
• Ensure services meet behavioral health, ASAM, DSM, and other standards.
• Promote trauma-informed, integrated, and recovery-oriented practices.
• Coordinate group counseling, transport, drug screening, and care coordination.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EMR/TRACKER systems.
• Participate in quality improvement activities using data and outcomes.
