IDEA Public Schools is seeking a Special Education teacher to support students with diverse learning needs. You will develop IEPs, implement supports, and monitor progress, collaborating with families and school teams to ensure strong student outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a Texas certification in Special Education, with opportunities for stipends and additional compensation based on credentials and campus leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Texas state certification in Special Education required
• Experience in a Special Education classroom setting preferred

Responsabilidades

• Adapt lessons to meet student needs and develop IEPs
• Implement IEPs, assess progress and update records
• Communicate progress with families and colleagues
• Support students across reading, writing and math in inclusive settings
• Attend meetings and collaborate with school teams
