Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in education or special education.
• Experience in a Special Education classroom setting preferred.
• Valid Texas state certification in Special Education required.

Responsibilities

• Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students.
• Develop IEPs for a caseload of students.
• Implement and assess IEPs, tracking progress.
• Update IEPs to reflect progress and goals.
• Communicate progress with families weekly.
• Engage in tutoring sessions and after-school duties as needed.
