• Lead ESS Paraprofessional to support IEP goals and access to grade-level standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and monitor student records for students with disabilities.
• Communicate regularly with families, colleagues, IEP members, and staff.
• Facilitate IEP meetings with multidisciplinary providers.
