• D. Instructional Monitoring of Student Performance: check progress and provide feedback.
• E. Instructional Feedback: provide timely feedback on in-class and out-of-class work.
• F. Facilitating Instruction: align objectives, strategies, and assessments with curricula.
• G. Interacting Within the Educational Environment: treat all students fairly and engage with stakeholders.
• H. Performing Non‑Instructional Duties: fulfill non-instructional duties and adhere to policies.
