Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain Missouri Substitute Teacher Certificate by documenting 60 semester hours.
• Missouri Teaching Certificate required by state law.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certification as specified by MSSD.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEP) for students with disabilities.
• Analyze learning styles and adapt teaching strategies to student needs.
• Coordinate IEP team and special education meetings.
• Develop and follow time-efficient schedules for IEPs.
• Maintain safe, confidential learning environments and follow program policies.
